SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Method
The products are sent to GREECE by courier service (ACS Courier) to the address you indicated when placing your order. For abroad, shipments are made by ELTA Tracked Service or TNT/Fedex Courier, depending on the choice of customer.
Shipping Cost
HELLAS
Orders within the Greek Territory incur a cost of €4 and delivery takes place in 1-5 working days. In case the total purchase amount of products is over €30, the shipping cost is covered by our company and is FREE for the customer. When placing your order, shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
ABROAD
The shipping cost for abroad is €8 with ELTA Tracked Service (delivery in 5-15 working days from shipment) or €20 with TNT/Fedex Courier (delivery in 3-6 working days from shipment).
Delivery time
Delivery of your order domestically takes place within 5 working days from the order date and within 15 working days abroad, depending on the shipping method you have chosen.

Payment methods
Payment for orders placed in our company can be made in the following ways:
1. Credit cards, Debit cards, Prepaid cards (accepted Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Diners)
2. PayPal
3. Cash on delivery with payment on delivery to your place.
The payment of purchases is carried out with the highest possible security, which is ensured by the use of advanced technological e-commerce systems, so that your personal data and credit card infor are protected from unauthorized access.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your Order Number and a summary of your purchase details. You can check the status of your order at any time through the special "My Orders" section of your account.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY
Product returns
If for any reason your product arrives defective, please contact us on the contact details (via email or phone) to replace your product, with justification for the reason for replacement. For the replacement process, the maximum return window is up to 5 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Order cancellation
In case you wish to cancel your order and since the product has not been shipped, you should contact us at the contact details (via email or phone) as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order and get your money back. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it with the same courier at your own expense.
