The creation of  NORTHERN PINWHEEL - VOREIOS ANEMOMYLOS was  based on an idea  for the production of inventive works, always in accordance with the company  aesthetics, without seeking competition in the field of discography, but with the aim of serving and competing with its own corporate existence for the realization and support of its ideas.

The name of the company is taken from  the "stone giants", the windmills, that existed in scattered places in Crete and were operated thanks to the north winds that prevailed on the island. Hence, the idea behind, is to  'become one' with our vision, which is to "let the windmill grind whichever wheat it wants and whenever it chooses".

Always with  great respect for composers, lyricists, musicians and performers, we hope for a better musical tomorrow!
