How can I make sure that I have completed my order correctly?
After you complete your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us by email or phone in case an error has occurred. You can also confirm that your order has been registered, in the 'My Orders' section of our website, after logging in with your details. .

How much will the shipping cost me?
For orders up to €30 the shipping cost in Greece is €4 while for abroad it is  €8 to €20 depending on the shipping method you choose. If the total value of your products at the time of purchase exceeds €30, shipping costs are free for all of Greece and the cost is automatically zeroed out in your cart.
The cost of cash on delivery amounts to €2.5 per order

How many days does it take for my  order to be delivered?
The delivery process can take up to 2-5 working days from the day it is sent. Usually in the big urban centers the delivery takes place within 2-3 days but it may take more time for more remote areas and also during periods of high workload of the transport companies. Please use your tracking number to track the exact delivery of your order.

For overseas delivery takes place within 5-15 working days when using ELTA Tracked Service or within 3-6 working days when choosing TNT/Fedex Courier.
